CryoDoser

The CryoDoser is the premier liquid nitrogen (LN2) dosing system utilizing advanced cryogenic technology and PLC programming. Three sensors detecting line speed, timing, and bottle presence allow the system to detect all lines speeds, including high speeds, to dispense a precise dose of LN2 into every container every time.

The LN2 gasifies and is either trapped in the container to add rigidity or escapes with oxygen to inert the headspace.

UltraDoser

Chart engineers designed an ultra-efficient system for low to medium production line speeds to dispense a precise dose of LN2 into every container every time.

Phase Separator (Atmospheric Pressure)

Stainless steel, vacuum insulated vessels designed to store liquid nitrogen under atmospheric pressure.

Phase Separators are used in specialized applications requiring extremely high quality, low pressure liquid nitrogen on demand. The level of liquid nitrogen inside is controlled electronically via a pressure differential system. The reservoir is vented to atmosphere at all times ensuring that the pressure inside is equal to atmosphere.

This results in a volume of pure saturated liquid nitrogen. Cryotech’s Phase Separator is a vacuum insulated reservoir holding tank for liquid nitrogen.

Phase Separator (Adjustable Pressure)

Stainless steel, vacuum insulated vessels designed to store LN2 at user adjustable pressure and level.


Phase Separators are used in specialized applications requiring extremely high quality, low pressure liquid nitrogen on demand, where precise temperature control at the end use point are required. Cryogas's Phase Separator is a vacuum insulated reservoir holding tank for liquid nitrogen with a level sensor control system that operates a proportional inlet valve for level control. A one inch (1”) vent line with pressure control modulating vent valve allows the Phase Separator to maintain user's required set pressure.

DynaFlex

DynaFlex is an all stainless steel coaxial vacuum insulated pipe that utilizes an external vacuum pump to maintain the system vacuum.

Modular by design, DynaFlex spools are joined together with close tolerance bayonet connections. Jumper hoses are used to connect the vacuum annulus of each section of pipe. Available in two standard sizes: D625 (0.625" ID) and D1250 (1.25" ID) with stainless steel flexible braid outer.

Cryogas offers a complete line of components including in-line venting devices, phase separators, gas traps, tees, and elbows to maximize the system performance and design.

StatiFlex

StatiFlex is an all stainless steel coaxial vacuum insulated pipe pumped down and sealed at the factory.

Modular by design, StatiFlex spools are joined together with close tolerance bayonet connections. Available in two standard sizes: S625 (0.625" ID) and S1250 (1.25" ID) with stainless steel flexible braid outer.
